Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due by 11:59p.m. the night before your shoot. If remaining balance not received by 11:59 p.m. the day before your photoshoot, your photoshoot will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. If you are booking K&S Productions for a wedding, please see "Wedding Photography Addendum" Late Arrival Policy  **For Christmas Special, no grace period is given** ** No grace period for wedding photography** There is a 5 minute tardy grace period given for each appointment.  Thereafter, a late fee will be charged and due prior to services rendered.  An additional $10.00 will be added if the client is 6-10 minutes late; an additional $15.00 will be added if the clients is 11-14 minutes late; an additional $25.00 will be added if the client is 15-20 minutes late and/or if the scheduled appointment exceeds the allotted time required to render quality service.  If the client is more than 30 minutes late the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. Additional travel fees will be applied after location has been determined (Fees: .50 per mile). Location address must be provided within 24 hours of booking in order for K&S Productions to provide accurate travel fees. **No travel available for Christmas Family Special** **Prices subject to change** Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred ONCE. Transfer is only allowed if you notify K&S Productions 72 hours in advance via email at kenandsylproductions@gmail.com. New appointment must be rescheduled within 30 days. If appointment is not rescheduled within 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited. No call, no show clients forfeit deposit. Please note it takes up to 14 days for portrait photos (does note apply to wedding photography) to be edited and sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Images can be expedited for a fee. Please request expedited photos at the time of booking. **K&S Productions does NOT provide props at this time** Wedding Photography Addendum **We will need a list of all the people who will be photographed so that we can get pictures of all requested people of the party.  Only the people on the list will be photographed.  Please provide the list a week before your selected date.  Please also provide venue location one week prior to selected date.  Information needs to be emailed to kenandsylproductions@gmail.com.  If requested information is not provided in the required time frame, your shoot will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited** This shoot is for the specified scheduled hours determined at the time of the booking only. Countdown will start at the time scheduled and will end promptly at the specified time frame.  If the wedding party is late or festivities start late, all desired pictures may not be captured.  If the schedule of K&S allows, additional hours can be purchased a rate of $100.00 per hour.  Additional time must paid at the end of the scheduled 3 hour time period.
